  I had a heating boiler replaced that was in warranty. I was billed for 12 hours of labor. I feel that I could have done it in 2 or 3 hours. Make sure you are around when they are doing the work to verify the hours and effort worked. There were 2 guys doing the replacement and other than setting it in place it is a one person job. I am sure one person was just watching and one guy working half the time. $840 is excessive for replacing an in warranty boiler.

  Called these folks to have them come over and do an overall heating and air conditioning system check. The person who answered the phone seemed far too busy to make an actual appointment with me. She told me that when they had some free time, they would call and let me know. This happened both of the times that I called. When they did call, it was always on the same day that they wanted to come out and do the work...by this time, we had plans and couldn't be there. I finally found another company that was willing to set a firm time and date. This is no way to run a business!
